Job Vacancy: Park Warden

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic warden to join our team. Work may be available for partner during busier times.

Main responsibilities will be to run the day to day bookings and general maintenance on the park.

Meeting and greeting customers and showing them to their units/pitches, settling them in and being available for any queries they may have.

Nightly patrols around the park.

Cleaning and maintaining toilet block, shower block, laundry, glamping units and reception.

Grass cutting, gas delivery, strimming and general landscaping duties. Assisting maintenance team with moving and siting caravans and general repairs to caravans.

Liaising with main office on bookings, ordering, sales enquries and viewing caravan stock.

This position requires a full UK driving license, the successful candidate will be fit enough to undertake the outdoor roles and have enough computer knowledge to work with the internal booking system and handle emails.

This position is 40hrs per week - rota based - early March Through to late October.

Duties include; -

Laundry duties include washing, drying, ironing bedding and preparing self catering laundry/cooking packs.
Reception duties include booking guests in and out of touring/camping site and self catering facilities, showing guests to pitches, answering phone and email enquiries and processing bookings and payments within our online booking system, cash handling, laundry tokens and end of day cashing up/banking and backups.
Ground maintenance include refuse collection, grass cutting, undertake general maintenance/repairs, outdoor cleaning/painting etc., including self catering cottages on and off site.
All duties performed by all staff on a rota basis.

A monthly salary will be paid throughout the season. You will be required to manage your working Hours within a 40 hour rota based week. You will be required to work longer hours in the peak season (school holidays, bank holidays etc.) potentially requiring you to work every weekend and Bank Holiday from Easter through to the end of October. We require a commitment to stay for the whole season.
