Erwlon C&C Park is a 5 star touring park in South Wales and we regularly, successfully recruit our wardens through UKCampsite.co.uk. We are looking for warden/hosts to start immediately and for the remainder of summer 2018 (until end of September). This job share opportunity requires our wardens/hosts to take responsibility for daily cleaning and maintenance of our amenity block, grass cutting and park maintenance and of course booking and siteing visitors. At least one member of the ""team"" will have to be computer literate. It is important however that you take into consideration that whilst we have 100 pitches we are not in an extremely busy tourist area and are rarely full other than on bank holidays. Despite the fact that we (I hope) have high standards it is not a ""high pressure"" job and it is best suited to those looking for some form of active semi retirement. It follows therefore that there are many days when the time commitment is low whilst on other days it can be quite busy! The park is owned and managed by the Rees family but we all have other commitments but we live on site and are always on site most evenings, week ends, bank holidays etc. You are welcome to visit us if you would like to see the park etc. If you enter ""Erwlon Camping"" in Google you will find us listed on a number of sites and some e.g. www.ukcampsite.co.uk include reviews of the park which will give you a good idea of what Erwlon is like. Duties include:-

- Reception work, working with a computerised booking system, answering telephone and email enquiries and taking bookings. Previous experience on all these aspects is required. Applicants should be competent with a previous booking system and computer literate.

- Outdoor work, including pitching customers, dealing with late arrivals, Health and Safety checks, touring block checks, and late night noise/nuisance monitoring.

- Site/Grounds maintenance, including grass cutting, strimming, aiding caravan movements, bin runs and odd jobs.

You should be people who enjoy working with the general public. Flexibility is key in this job role, previous experience and a sense of humour are also required!

Hours will vary and increase during busy periods and high season. You will be expected to work all weekends and bank holidays and be able to cope with the physically demanding aspect of the role, good physical fitness is important.

This position will provide a minimum of 40 hours weekly per person.

Seasonal warden couple required to join our team for the 2018 season until mid September with the possibility of extending to November. An immediate start would be preferable.

Duties will include maintaining our facilities to a 5 star standard, this involves cleaning toilets, showers, bathrooms, pods and rental accommodation, reception (previous experience is preferable), grounds maintenance and occasional shifts in our bar and restaurant.

The MacLeod Estate is looking for dedicated, enthusiastic and hard-working full wardens to work at Glenbrittle Campsite, Glenbrittle, Carbost, Isle of Skye, IV47 8TA. Varied customer-facing and practical skill sets are required combined with an ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and demonstrate a real sense of pride in all you do. You will be working closely with Cuillin coffee Co baristas in the newly refurbished campsite café and will also have a number of cross-over duties. Café and retail experience would be extremely beneficial for the role.

We do have one static available on site for staff accommodation. For real home comforts, if you have your own camper van, electric is supplied for the season. The campsite is remotely located at the base of the Cuillin mountain range, next to Glenbrittle beach and is a haven for walkers and tourists. The nearest village shop is 7 miles and the closest supermarket is 25 miles from the site.

Season: we are looking for either a couple or individual applicants to help out in busiest times June,July & August.

Café and Shop onsite: our Cuillin Coffee Co café on site sells a selection of freshly baked breads, cakes and pastries. The shop also has a range of groceries, local craft produce and camping equipment. This area is combined with the main reception and office for campsite bookings, electric hook ups and general queries etc. Phone and email enquires are answered daily.

The site: requires ongoing maintenance during the season including groundworks, grass cutting, fencing, cleaning toilets and showers, filling pot holes, changing water filters, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and fixing any problems that occur during the day to day running of the site.

The toilet, shower block and dishwashing area: has recently been refurbished and requires attention throughout the day to maintain high standards of cleanliness which is reflected in customer feedback and reviews.

Skills and qualities essential for all these roles:

• UK Driving licence with own vehicle as site is remote with no public transport.

The site comprises of 39 touring pitches, 15 tent pitches, 39 seasonal touring pitches, 10 wigwams, 2 toilet blocks, communal kitchen, laundry and drying room.

We also have a further 2 holiday lodges, The lookout (32 bed bunkhouse style accommodation) and 10 self-catering cottages which wed required you to maintain and oversee when necessary out of hours and weekend.

The position is full time employment for two people with onsite two bedroom static caravan with central heating and double glazing, wi-fi, electric, rates and water, use of an onsite vehicle are all included within the salary of £200pppw with 6 month appraisal.

Applicants are required to work 5/6 days per week, weekends and Bank Holidays, excluding Christmas Day. Holidays - 28 days holidays per annum to be taken during the winter months only and not with school holidays.

Various Duties Include:

Reception: We have a full-time receptionist on site working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. You would be required to cover reception duties on a Saturday and Sunday plus holiday/sick cover. Reception duties include welcoming and checking in customers. Dealing with telephone enquiries, basic computer skills required to deal with online booking system and e-mail enquiries for all accommodation along with associated administration.

Onsite Shop: Shop located within reception must be stocked daily/weekly - including sales of firewood which needs to be chopped and bagged.

Daily cleaning (with assistance when required): Toilet blocks three times daily, communal kitchen, wigwam accommodation, laundry area and reception to the highest of standards.

Site and ground works (with assistance): General DIY and maintenance tasks, grass cutting using ride on mower, hand mower, strimmer, pruning, weed control and refuse collection. Ensuring the site is maintained to the highest of standards.

Evening and out of hours duties: Emergency call out to all accommodation on site and maintenance cover out of hours, meet and greet of late arrivals, late toilet facilities check and general site check at 9pm and 11pm

Applicants must be in good health and be fit and able to undertake manual tasks. Must work well under pressure, have a high standard of cleanliness and good customer service skills. Must be able to work under own initiative and be prepared to work varied hours. Have a ready smile and be happy to tactfully deal with any problems that come their way. Job Vacancy : Assistant Park Wardens

Bryn Gloch is a 4 star, 5 AA pennant caravan and camping park located in beautiful Snowdonia.

We are currently looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and active couple to join our team as assistant wardens from June until September 2018. Previous experience is not essential.

The main duties include:-
Park maintenance- will need to be able to carry out basic repairs,
Grass cutting,
Strimming,
Hedge cutting,
Groundwork,

Cleaning of toilet & shower blocks and our self catering accommodation.
Shop and reception duties.
Litter picking & cleaning of outdoor areas.

For 2 days each week you will be required to be the Duty Wardens responding to out of hours call outs if necessary and evenings on call.

The successful applicants must be physically fit, reliable and have driving licences. Excellent customer care skills and a flexible attitude to work are essential.

Hours of work will be on average 45 hours a week (including weekends and bank holidays) with 1 and a half days off.

Job Vacancy: Site Wardens

We are a Vist Wales 5 star site, customer care and satisfaction are at the top of our agenda. Due to unprecedented demand for our brand new glamping this year and the expansion of it, plus a very busy summer, we are expanding our team. We are looking for two extras members who can work 30-40 hours each a month for the remainder of the season. Your duties will include meet and greet with new arrivals, cleaning of the amenity block, glamping preparation, some shop duties and general jobs in and around the Holiday Park. You'll be given a complimentary pitch with free gas, electric, laundry and free wifi, you'll need to bring your own caravan or tent. Unless you are lucky enough to live locally. You'll also receive £8.05 per hour for each hour worked, with a guaranteed two days off per week. Due to the busy nature of our family run Holiday Park we are looking for a couple to start immediately. The positions in the first instance are until early November.

We are currently seeking warden/s to start as soon a possible for the rest of this season (October) and possibly the next.
Duties will include . Work in reception checking people in and taking bookings. Computer experience very helpful. Cleaning the shower block, general onsite maintenance and helping with grass cutting and maintaining the flower beds. Helping with the caravan change over Saturdays is also needed
We can provide a pitch on the park and salary to be negotiated upon application.
There would be a minimum of 40hrs a week with this increasing during the summer holidays.
The position would suit a single person or an active couple or two friends, previous experience in this type of work is not strictly necessary, but advantageous and a knowledge of camping and caravanning is a massive bonus.
