Park Managers/Warden Couple
We are looking for two couples to form part of our new park team, the positions are permanent as the site operates under a 12 month licence.
General Job Roles:
On the park, showing guests to their allocated pitches, dealing with any issues quickly and professionally, general park and ground maintenance which could include refurbishments, unblocking drains, cutting the grass using a ride on mower, hedge cutting, strimming, moving caravans in and out of the storage area, collecting rubbish, occasional cleaning and maintaining of the three park toilet blocks, and dealing with any jobs that arise in a professional manner.
In the office, you will be required to deal with telephone and email bookings taking payments and responding to any queries. Booking customers in on arrival and basic shop duties. You must be comfortable dealing with customer enquiries and provide a good level of customer service.
As part of the warden job role you will also be required to be on duty in the evening, being on call for late arrivals and dealing with any issues that arise.
The ideal candidates must have good customer service skills, previous experience in a similar role is desirable although not essential. You must have a flexible work attitude and be willing to learn new things, a positive attitude is important and being able to work as part of a team. You must be prepared to work varied hours and complete a range of tasks on a daily basis.
A hard-standing touring pitch with electric hook up, free Wi-Fi, and use of all facilities onsite are included with the position, further accommodation can be within a central heated double glazed modern lodge unit based within a private staff area.
The accomodation and all reasonable utilty bills can form part of the salary package.
