We are looking for a fit and enthusiastic, experienced couple who are looking for a new adventure in Spain. Accommodation provided and generous remuneration package. Daily duties include Reception , customer support and various tasks associated with running the park in Spain. This is a responsible position and we are looking for people who can move the park forward and build on the excellent reputation already generated.

Language and IT skills are essential. Practical hands on experience is a must and getting stuck in expected and appreciated.

Short Job Description:

• Work to optimize the sustainable
profitability of the Parks and as far as
possible the Company.
• Optimize service culture experience
specifically for the benefit of Company’s
• Constantly maintain and seek to improve
the Company's parks standards within
agreed budgets.
• Secure the health and safety and welfare
of persons: a. at work (Company employees
and contractors),b. customers, andc. the
general public when on the Company's
property or interacting with the Company's
customers, contractors and employees.
• Ensure the Parks grass and grounds are
maintained in remarkably good condition as
far as weather conditions permit. (e.g. no
long grass cuttings left lying during the
• Ensure the Park’s facilities, especially
the WCs/showers etc, are kept clean,
hygienic and give the best possible
impression to our guests as possible.
• Ensure a safe and secure environment is
maintained and promoted on the Company's
• Manage Park communications, contractors,
employees, housekeeping, maintenance,
reception, grounds, recruitment, sales,
and all on-park works.
• Engage with local community to enhance the
Company and Parks' reputation within the
• Engage with government agencies and
grading organizations to optimize the
Parks' reputation and standards.
• Ensure and maintain timely communication
of all relevant park activities and
information to Company Support Office,
R.O.M and M.D.
• Comply with contents of Company Handbook.

Working Patterns:

The role is permanent. Hours of work each week may vary due to seasonal demand averaging 48 hours per week. Days at Work - 6 days April - Sept (6 months) and 5 Days October - March (6 months).

This role involves working weekends.
