We are looking for a very motivated and driven sales executive to sell our investment opportunity to members of the public as well as forging relationships with park owners promoting our trade sales.

Experience of holiday / park home sales would be beneficial to this role as would a network of park owners (or managers with buying power).

We operate on two parks as well as promoting trade sales.

We offer a basic salary along with an attractive commission package

Job Vacancy: Sales Manager

Richmond Wight Estates are seeking a new sales manager, to cover 3 glorious parks across Scotland. The purpose of the role is to ensure the smooth running, success and profits of the group, while maintaining high standards throughout.
It is vital that the company values are promoted and best practice/ legal compliance are followed. The role is responsible for the sales team, situated across the three parks and must be able to travel weekly to each of the parks.

Role Responsibilities:
•To deliver the most outstanding service to all customers and exceed their expectations
•To promote the company with a positive approach at all times
•To ensure the smooth running of the company sales system
•To handle any customer comments according to the company policy
•Operate the phone effectively
•Update and follow up on the company lead system
•To provide a weekly report of progress to the company owner
•Take deposits for homes & holidays in accordance to company policy
•Selling of units in accordance to company policy to new & existing customers
•To sell finance in accordance to FCA guidelines
•Liaise with owners to help solve issues and log accordingly
•To ensure that targets, Inc. appointments are achieved effectively
•To ensure full receipt of monies before key handover
•To demonstrate & fulfil an effective handover of sold units & ensure a positive aftercare service
•To follow correct health & safety procedures at all times
•To work in a safe manner with due diligence towards yourself, colleagues, customers & general public at all times

Candidate Requirements:

•Previous experience with all Microsoft programmes

Holiday Park Seasonal Couple

Golden Leas Holiday Park on the Isle of Sheppey are looking for a pleasant, outgoing, presentable and hardworking couple to join our team for the 2017 season ending in early November. Your standard working week would be four days working Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday rising to five days during the late spring bank school holiday week and the six week summer school holiday period. You would each receive a weekly salary, a joint bonus scheme and be provided with the use of a modern static caravan.

There are two roles within the job, divided as follows:-

Site Maintenance – you would work as part of our maintenance team helping us site caravans, carrying out groundcare work such as grass cutting and strimming and litter collection, delivering gas bottles to customers, assisting in all aspects of maintenance on our four parks

Reception/Shop/Assisting with Caravan Sales – a varied role working in our reception/shop. Taking payments from customers, greeting customers and dealing with customer requests, answering telephone enquiries, talking to potential customers about caravans, oversight of our small shop including re-ordering of stock

Golden Leas is an independent privately owned business with 4 holiday park properties on the Isle of Sheppey in Kent and only 40 miles from London. We pride ourselves on maintaining good relationships with our customers. The successful applicants must like dealing with people and have a friendly and helpful attitude and must provide a valid employment reference. Experience of working in caravan parks or having worked in customer facing roles would be an advantage.
