Job Vacancy: Sales Advisor

Moffat Manor Country Park requires an enthusiastic, creative and well-structured sales person, to take on the role of Sales Advisor. As part of this role, you will be required to report to the sales manager and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the park. The role is key and involves a high amount of interaction with customers.

Role Responsibilities:
•To deliver the most outstanding service to all customers and exceed their expectations
•To promote the company with a positive approach always
•To ensure the smooth running of the company sales system
•To handle any customer comments according to the company policy
•Control monies in accordance to the company policy
•Operate the park phone effectively
•Update the company lead system
•To provide a weekly report of progress
•Take deposits for homes & holidays in accordance to company policy
•Selling of units in accordance to company policy to new & existing customers
•To sell finance in accordance to FCA guidelines
•Liaise with owners to help solve issues and log accordingly
•To ensure that targets, Inc. appointments are achieved effectively
•To ensure full receipt of monies before key handover
•To demonstrate & fulfil an effective handover of sold units & ensure a positive aftercare service
•To follow correct health & safety procedures always
•To work in a safe manner with due diligence towards yourself, colleagues, customers & public at all times

Candidate Requirements:
•Proven sales background
•Previous customer service experience
•Previous experience with all Microsoft programmes
•Target driven
•Customer focused
•Honest & Respectful
•Capable of negotiation
•Organised & professional
•Problem solver
•Work as part of a broad sales team
•Excellent self-presentation
•Flexible with regards to hours & able to work weekends & bank holidays
•Driving licence essential

Beautiful park based in Clitheroe. With around 50 lodges currently situated on the site, all set around a fishing lake. The park is also, currently undergoing a new development which will feature up to 10 new hire fleet.

Job Vacancy: Park/ maintenance manager

Manager(s) required for the beautiful Pendle View Fisheries, Clitheroe. Currently, the fisheries have around 50 lodges set by a stunning fishing lake with a new development underway, which will see the introduction of 10 brand-new hire fleet. The role includes, the running and maintenance of the park & hire fleet.

Role Responsibilities;

- Cleaning lodges
- Handling monies
