Inverbeg Holiday Park is a prestigious five star non residential holiday park with unparalleled access to the waters of Loch Lomond and outstanding views of Ben Lomond. The Park hosts 160 pitches (made up of 150 owners and a hire fleet), a shop and multiple facilities for jet skis, speed boats and dinghies.

Job Vacancy: General Manager

Inverbeg Holiday Park is owned by Luss Estates Company; a family owned, commercially operated Estate, extending to around 40,000 acres on the western shores of Loch Lomond. The Estate comprises a range of diversified rural businesses, including an award winning hotel, hydro scheme, shop and Inverberg Holiday Park. The village of Luss nearby is one of Scotland’s top ten visitor attractions, with a foot fall of 750,000 visitors per year. Inverbeg Holiday Park lies only a few minutes away from Luss and is half an hour from Glasgow International Airport and fifty minutes from Glasgow.

The successful candidate will be fully responsible for the Park’s profitability and its future growth. They will also be responsible for the accurate administration of all matters relating to the Park and for providing direction, support and leadership to all the Park employees.

The requirements for the role include:
Possessing a mature approach to dealing with owner issues.
Being able to represent the Company at exhibitions around the country.
Working in line with the British Holiday Park and Holiday Park Association directives.
Being comfortable with running several projects at the same time and possess project management skills.

Personal Qualities:
The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate: a certain level of resilience and patience, that they are hard working and possess strong sales skills with a proactive sales approach.
Candidates must be aware that the Holiday Park Manager must be available during out of hours to cover call out / issues / emergencies.

Accommodation can be provided on a temporary basis to help the successful candidate relocate to the area.

Remuneration: £35 - £45K depending on experience.

The successful candidate will be able to temporarily reside in either a lodge, a static caravan or a Spod until they will have secured a permanent residence in the area.
