Located along the Ards peninsular just 30 minutes from Belfast City our five luxury residential and holiday parks are nestled among some of the most breath taking coastal locations Northern Ireland has to offer.
We are expanding and our sales team cannot keep up with demand, with over 1100 vacant residential and holiday plots and several million pounds worth of stock this is a fantastic opportunity to join our extremely successful and well established sales and marketing team. You will be expected to actively promote the parks exceed sales targets.
You will be responsible for proactively identifying and creating new sales opportunities, through the internet, social media, leaflet dropping, mail shots, e-mailers, estate agents and direct telephone calls. You will be expected to use your own initiative and creativity developing new and exciting ideas with the support of the Sales and Market Managers.
You will actively participate in park events, welcoming new customers to the park and putting them at ease. You will give park tours to future owners, identifying their requirements and recommending specific homes to suit their needs. Have an in-depth knowledge of all current and future stock and available plots and the various packages each park offers. Have experience and a thorough knowledge of our sales process and expectations, and the ability to close deals and accurately complete all sales paperwork in a timely manner. This is a rear sales opportunity selling Park Homes, Lodges and static caravans.
You will need to be enthusiastic, self-motivated, friendly and willing to contribute to the positive culture of our sales team. Have a true passion for sales and enjoy working towards and exceeding targets, combined with excellent commercial awareness and stay up to date with current sales/markets.
You must have a proven track record, be reliable, thorough, honest, efficient and presentable.
You will have prior experience in a direct sales environment and Ideally, you will have previously worked in a similar environment and will have experience of selling caravans. Educated to grade C or above in Maths and English at GCSE level (or equivalent) would be preferred but not essential but you must be adept at using IT applications.A driving license is also required for this role.
The basic salary is £17,000 - £24,000, depending on experience, plus commission, with a realistic OTE being in excess of £50,000
