Park description:

Maes Dolau is a family owned and run caravan park, there are 100 statics and 13 tourers on the park. It is a lovely quiet park, all the statics are privately owned, no renting is allowed.

The park is located 2 miles from Llandudno in a rural surrounding.

Job Vacancy: Warden/ Groundsman

We are looking for a friendly enthusiastic person to join the park, who has good initiative and can work both under supervision and on their own.

The role includes the maintenance of the grounds to the excellent standard to which they are now. To be competent at maintaining and using a ride on mower, strimming and hedge cutting.

Manovering the touring caravans in and out of storage and onto the allocated pitches.

Cleaning and maintaining the toilets and showers.

Showing people around the park when required.

Taking phone booking along with card payments over the phone.

Plus other general park duties as required.

Previous experience would be advantageous

It is a full time position and the person will be required to work weekends and bank holidays.

Job Vacancy: Site Wardens

We are a Vist Wales 5 star site, customer care and satisfaction are at the top of our agenda. Due to unprecedented demand for our brand new glamping this year and the expansion of it, plus a very busy summer, we are expanding our team. We are looking for two extras members who can work 30-40 hours each a month for the remainder of the season. Your duties will include meet and greet with new arrivals, cleaning of the amenity block, glamping preparation, some shop duties and general jobs in and around the Holiday Park. You'll be given a complimentary pitch with free gas, electric, laundry and free wifi, you'll need to bring your own caravan or tent. Unless you are lucky enough to live locally. You'll also receive £8.05 per hour for each hour worked, with a guaranteed two days off per week. Due to the busy nature of our family run Holiday Park we are looking for a couple to start immediately. The positions in the first instance are until early November.

Coastdale Parks is a long established operator of Caravan and Holiday Parks throughout the U.K. We are currently looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to take on the role of Park Manager at our award winning Garreg Goch Caravan Park in Porthmadog, North Wales.

The successful candidate will be directly accountable for the efficiency and profitability of all areas of the park and its operation. Responsibilities will include but not exhaustive of: -

Caravan Sales
Holiday Park Management
Park Finance
R and Staff Management
Staff Training
Customer Service and Holiday Experience

You will need to be able to work within a team and interact with a variety of people on a daily basis, building professional relationships with our customers and driving sales forward.

The ideal candidate will be pro-active, gaining fresh sales leads, thinking of new ways to attract customers to our park and keep them happy.

You will be willing to go the extra mile, helping our customers to have an enjoyable stay on our park, whilst ensuring our high standards for all areas are maintained.

We are offering a full time, permanent position. The successful candidate would be required to live on site in our spacious manager’s apartment.
